OUR CHEF
At the helm of the kitchens at Angelo Restaurant within the Boscolo Hôtel & Spa Nice 5*, Chef Pasquale Lanzilotti presents an elegant and authentic Italian cuisine. Originally from Puglia, he draws inspiration from the traditions of his childhood, which he reinterprets with finesse and modernity.
With a strong international background, he has developed a demanding approach focused on the quality of ingredients, precision in cooking, and respect for flavors. His cuisine, both refined and accessible, offers a true culinary journey blending Italian tradition with contemporary influences.
